1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Neopolis Jubilee Medical Center website, patient portal, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Medical disclaimer
The Services facilitate access to healthcare consultations and information. Content provided through the Services — including any symptom-check or triage tools — is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified clinician.
In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the Services for urgent medical needs.
4. Appointments and cancellations
When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate details and to attend at the scheduled time. You may reschedule or cancel through the patient portal subject to the clinic’s notice requirements. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5. Fees and payments
Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking and, unless stated otherwise, are payable at the clinic. Fees are subject to change. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the clinic’s refund practices and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Services; or
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, branding, and software, are owned by or licensed to Neopolis Jubilee Medical Center and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neopolis Jubilee Medical Center and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
