- How do follow-ups work after I return home?
- You keep access to your patient portal for records, prescriptions and lab reports, and can continue care through video follow-ups with your consultant.
- Can you help with a medical visa?
- We can provide an invitation / appointment letter to support your medical-visa application. Visa approval is decided by the authorities; we are not a travel agent and do not arrange visas or flights.
- What languages do you support?
- All clinical communication is available in English, with Telugu and Hindi on request. Other languages can be arranged with advance notice.
- How do I pay, and when?
- Consultation fees are paid at the clinic, and any procedure is quoted in writing beforehand with itemised line items. There is no online payment required to book.
